Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry Case:

On March 09, 2007, iftikhar Chaudhry was suspended by Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf. Musharraf also filed a Presidential reference against Chaudhry for misconduct.

On 13 March the torture by agencies and Police on CJ Iftikhar Ch on roads of Islamabad.

And He turned as a HERO for Pakistani nation.

He is a true Hero...

And finally on 20th July 2007, the truth succeeded and CJ Iftikhar reinstated.

PCO Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar Case:

Abdul Hameed Dogar is the Chief Justice of Pakistan, a position he was elevated to when he took oath on the Provisional Constitutional Order (PCO), following the controversial Proclamation of Emergency by President General Pervez Musharraf, on 3 November 2007. Earlier a 7-member bench of the Supreme Court had overturned the PCO.

Ministry of Education also admitted that they were involved in this corruption.

The cases of both chief Justices are infront of you. The CJ Iftikhar CH. Was suspended/arrested because he was not supporting the government corruption. Nothing proofed on CJ Iftikhar CH and he never admitted that he is involved in any corruption.

But PCO CJ Dogar admitting his corruption but government has not took any action against him. He is still Chief Justice of Pakistan.
